Women in Tech: Demo Day

As part of HerSpace’s inaugural Tech Incubator for women and non-binary person-led companies, HerTech, we’re hosting a Demo Day for the 8 startups in the incubator.
On October 12, our HerTech entrepreneurs will present their businesses in front of an audience and a jury, including investors.
The HerTech Incubator will conclude on March 17 with Demo Day after running for 6-months, in which women founders launched their companies, products/services and learnt to scale their businesses.
If you’re interested in the startup scene, this is your opportunity to expand networks, facilitate connections with potential partners and unlock additional resources. Whether you have a startup, want to support women-led companies or are plain curious, this event is for you!
Join us to listen to some innovative business ideas and be inspired while we celebrate the drive, determination and passion of our HerTech Incubator participants!
This is a hybrid event, which means you can join us in person at HerSpace, Strandgata 19 or digitally via Zoom. It is free to attend. All you have to do is register for the event!
This event is funded by Oslo Kommune through their grant program ‘Measures for Gender Equality and Women’s Liberation’.

Henock Bahrishum
Runar Cornels-Bogen is an angel investor and a serial entrepreneur at heart. He loves to go off the beaten path to find smart innovative solutions that address real problems. He bought his first stock before the Internet even existed and started his first businessat age 15. He has an output-driven focus on exponential technologies and impact investing. He has built two startups from the bottom up and is now the CEO of Niuton AI which builds, trains and packages automated active funds to ANY equity or crypto market in the world.
Meryn Willetts (She/Her)
Over her 15-year career span, Meryn has channelled her drive and passion for ‘doing business better’ through advising politicians, senior corporate leaders and up-and-coming startup founders to develop the mindset, strategies and tools to turn their vision into a reality and put a real dent in the world. She takes an unconventional approach to getting things done and relentlessly seeks out cutting-edge knowledge to integrate into her work.
Meryn is passionate about ecosystem building on a social impact level; combining talent, technology and authentic leadership to create consequential and inspiring change necessary for sociopolitical, environmental and economic progress.
Meryn speaks and moderates at various events and conferences and serves on multiple boards including; Revenue Development Fund, Oslo Blockchain Cluster and Vaffelgutta.
