Women in Leadership: Sudipa Chakraborty

At HerSpace, we are proud to be part of a collective and necessary effort to be active participants in helping women advance in their social, personal and professional lives. We have designed the Women in Leadership series as a way to amplify the voices, stories and experiences of women. Our featured women speakers have diverse backgrounds, have reached milestones in their careers,  and have made an impact in their industry and communities. About The Speaker: Sudipa Chakraborty

Sudipa Chakraborty is the Project Lead of JobbAsker, a diversity and inclusion project in Asker municipality, Norway. Through her unwavering commitment and thought leadership, she works toward creating a sustainable and inclusive society which has room for everyone. As a diversity and inclusion champion, she empowers people to realize their full potential, influences leaders to think out of the box, and collaborates with companies to work towards UNs Sustainability Development goals in the space of equality, decent work and economic growth.

With close to 15 years of international experience in storytelling and cross-cultural communication from global companies like Microsoft, CGI and the BBC, among others, Sudipa is committed to using the power of storytelling to bring about a positive change in society.
