150krThe Art Of Breastfeeding And Overcoming Difficulties – The Art and Science of Breastfeeding
Join us for the third session in a series of four! Everyone is welcome to jump in, as each session requires no previous attendance. This is a great meeting for anyone who has experienced challenges while breastfeeding, from tongue tie to mastitis to low supply.
We will talk about how to approach challenges both from a natural ‘art’ point of view, such as working on positioning and latch; and from a medical point of view, such as ointments or medications. We will also talk about what can be done to help avoid most of these difficulties to begin with, if they can be avoided.
Each month, we will repeat the cycle of topics. Whether you are a mother-to-be or currently breastfeeding, we want to give you relevant support by offering sessions tailored to your needs. Each stage of the breastfeeding journey is important for you and your baby. We will take a step by step approach that focuses on the mechanics, benefits and challenges of each stage.
Take part in this wonderful opportunity to build a supportive community of mothers and share your own experiences and tips. Babies are welcome. <3
