After Work: Yoga

Our After Work session of Yoga will give you space to recharge. Yoga has a long and sacred history before it was adapted and developed in the West. In this hour we will attempt to go back to a more basic form and pay homage to the holistic lifestyle which is Yoga. Ground yourselves through asana, pranayama and meditation. Find an opportunity to look inward during our final session of body work.
Liselle Anderson will guide us through an intentional class focused on the mind body connection. Sequences will draw attention to correct alignment so as to ensure safe movement while developing a grounding strength and awareness of the body. The classes are accessible to a range of abilities through instructions being presented clearly, and variations always being on offer.
