Body Work: Barre

Drawing on the classical ballet technique, this class will be low impact but high reward. The class focuses on strengthening the calves, adductors, rotators and glutes, stabilising the core, and finding freedom and flexibility in the upper body. Exercises will be done on the floor using a mat, and also using the assistance of the ballet barre. Get to know some new muscles and delve further into how your body works.
