Sewing Basics: Zippers

Sewing Basics is a series designed to build your sewing confidence so that you can work toward your own garment construction, or alteration or even design! We will be making a small project each evening to help you master a specific skill. Instructions will be mailed to you when you register so you can have your materials prepared and ready to go.

The evening will be run by HerSpace’s very own Julie Pavola!

Each week we will focus on a different skill- this week we will tackle zippers! We will learn how to sew a simple zippered bag. This bag can be used for carrying your sewing accessories, organizing small things in your handbag or as a pencil bag.

Join us for plenty of laughter, to expand your skills and meet like-minded creatives!
