Stephanie is excited to share with you evidence-based nutrition advice and practical tips for improving the quality of your diet for a lifetime of health and joy! We will discuss what to eat -considering both diet and specific foods. Stephanie will present tips for optimizing your diet without losing the joy of eating. Then we will explore your motivations for change in order to increase your likelihood of success. You will leave this meeting with an action plan and some resources to get you started. About Stephanie Maxson:
It is a love of food, science and people that led Stephanie to study nutrition. Once she began practicing as a dietitian, Stephanie discovered her passion for helping people improve the quality of their life through diet change. Stephanie earned a master degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University in 2007, and is a Registered Dietitian in the U.S.
It has been Stephanie’s privilege to work the last 13 years supporting cancer patients and survivors of all ages, educating individuals and families on healthy eating habits to reduce disease risk, and coaching clients in making lifestyle changes to manage chronic disease and improve quality of life. Stephanie has worked in various capacities including as senior clinical dietitian at the #1 cancer hospital in the U.S., and adjunct professor at Bastyr University.
