Creativity for Mental Wellness: Paint and Sip

The benefits of creativity are abundant: improving your mood, boosting your self-esteem, improving cognitive function, alleviating stress and anxiety, AND improving your social life. Creativity is therefore great for our mental health and wellness, which is in line with our theme for this month.
In a time when social isolation is a norm, and people are Zoomed out, we still want and need to connect. So in-bridging the creativity and fun gap, we have put together this session to relax together, while we learn from Julie, sip (with your drink of choice), and share stories. If you know anything about Julie, you know she’s a bubbly bundle of joy and will leave us feeling refreshed.
It is extremely unlikely that you will leave this session with a Monet painting, nor does Julie claim to have expert painting tutorial skills… But you will leave with a full heart, because Julie brings joy. So, this is a chance to sit down, get comfortable, get a little creative and meet some new people!
Cost: We ask for a 50 NOK contribution to cover administrative costs, but this is optional.
