Body Work: Strengthening Floor Work

Use breath and movement to find stability. This class will draw on the Pilates technique to strengthen and condition the body with low impact repetitions. Exercises will be mat based and use isolating movement and breath to gain strength, flexibility and overall body control. Open to all abilities as exercises are designed to be adapted to how your body works.
