Providing nutritious and tasty meals for a family can be challenging and time intensive! However there are tricks to overcomes the challenge, and nutritionist Sandra Brastein knows many of them!
We are excited to bring you a cooking demonstration which will assist you in serving nourishing food that will fuel your family.
In this two-hour cooking demonstration session, you’ll learn how to make two easy, tasty and nutritious vegetarian recipes.
During the session we’ll discuss food prep and time-saving tips, as well as nutrition facts related to the recipes. You’ll also receive nutrition resources and the recipes to take home – and of course get to taste the food we make during the session!
There will also be time during the session to ask any nutrition questions you may have.
This session will be held at HerSpace- Strandgata 19, Oslo.

Sandra Brastein is a Public Health Nutritionist, and currently undertaking a Master degree in Human Nutrition. Sandra has worked in a broad range of areas within nutrition including individual consultations, as well as holding seminars, workshops and cooking demonstrations for groups and employee wellness programmes.
Her focus is on providing evidence-based nutrition advice, and she specialises in the areas of gut health and the microbiota, women’s health and weight management.
