Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace: Talk Less, Do More

Diversity and inclusion in the workplace is imperative for a sustainable, competitive and innovative company and society at large. Diversity also goes beyond the outward perception of a company – it includes how the internal structures work and signal the value systems of an organization’s management or leadership team. Diversity and inclusion, although often used interchangeably, are actually distinct yet complementary concepts. We cannot succeed at an inclusive workplace without diversity and vice versa. Understanding what these concepts mean and implementing actionable structures are important steps contributing to the success and strength of an organization.
